On the occasion of International Customs Day, The Secretary of the World Customs Organization Mr.Kunio Mikuriya granted a “ Certificate Of Merit “ to  Prof. Saleh Bin Hamad Al-Sedrani executive vice president of ( MOTABAQAH )  for rendering exceptional service to the International Customs Community through the Saudi Specialized Laboratories ( MOTABAQAH ) , this honoring happened during the workshop that held under the heading "Customs and the business sector: improving performance through partnership", during date 26 of Jan. 2010 located in the hall of the Saudi Customs main building in Riyadh.
